| Introduction of catalytic burner
The catalytic burner can be said it is the heart of this whole product, if the catalytic burner can work well, you can enjoy the aromatherapy comfortably. The catalytic burner is produced from a mixture of different raw materials; a catalytic burner consists of four independent components: 1. Ceramic carrier 2.Coat of catalyst 3.Heat radiating plate 4.Lamp wick. The burner head is porous with the density of approximately 3um. We create many kinds of catalytic burner depend on customer’s best choice. When the catalytic burner is lit, the wick will absorb the essential oil, it stays on the tiny pores on the surface of the burner head due to the holding tension of essential oil. Through the special burner to vaporize the essential oil, the combustion is maintained at a constant temperature of 60~80 degree Celsius, allow essential oil to be completely dispersed in the air and thus optimum performance is ensured.
Catalytic burners are very safe when used within a proper range of temperature during catalysis, and they will not catch on fire even if the users accidentally drop paper slips on them or spill out the essential oil. Too much essential oil spilt out on the catalytic burner only makes the fire extinguished earlier, but it does not cause fire.
